CarePartners is a private, nonprofit healthcare organization serving Asheville, North Carolina, and the surrounding region.
We offer what health care professionals call a “full continuum of post-acute care,” which means we provide a wide range of services to help patients live full and productive lives despite illness, injury, disability or issues related to aging.
The seeds of CarePartners were planted here in Asheville in 1938 and CarePartners as we know it came together in 1996 when several different health care organizations joined together to better serve our community.
Today, CarePartners offers four areas of care: Rehabilitation, Home Health, Adult Care and Hospice & Palliative Care. We invite you to learn more about each category of care by visiting our services pages.
Our experts treat, restore, teach and comfort people of all ages, from the tiniest infants to the oldest citizens of our region. We create individualized care plans for each patient in order to ensure that everyone receives truly exceptional care, at the right place, at the right time.
