I am Charlie. I am a retired minister and chaplain. I speak five languages. My family and I are thankful for the support of CarePartners Hospice.

After a long, active life, Charlie was diagnosed with cancer. With the help of CarePartners Hospice, he was able to live comfortably and maintain his hobbies such as playing the piano and singing. His hospice doctors, nurses, social workers, chaplains, music therapists, and volunteers helped him to live with little to no pain and anxiety until the end of his life.
 
Charlie’s wife and family are thankful for the emotional and spiritual support they received from CarePartners Hospice to help them and Charlie cope. With hospice care, Charlie was able to spend his last days with peace and dignity.
