About CarePartners: What it means to be nonprofit

It means our number one priority is our patients – not shareholders. It means community citizens voluntarily serve with us to ensure that the care we provide is the best it can be for the people of our region.

CarePartners is classified as a 501(c)3 charitable organization, but that doesn’t mean we don’t generate income. In fact, we work extremely hard to operate profitably, incorporating sound business practices and using our resources wisely and efficiently, just like any other company. The profits we make are reinvested into the organization to allow us to fulfill our mission – helping people live fully through life’s journey. It’s a responsibility we take very seriously.
Our success is dependent in part on the generosity of citizens who support us financially and with their time and talent. Such contributions help us carry out our commitment to provide excellent care and services for the community today and in the years to come.
