Work With Us: Meet our staff

Meet Tracy Buchanan: Her journey from student intern
to CarePartners CEO.
Current Chief Executive Officer Tracy Buchanan likes to tell people that other than a very brief stint at Casual Corner, CarePartners is the only place she’s ever worked. And what a path it’s been!
Tracy came to what was then Thoms Rehabilitation Hospital as a physical therapy student back in 1988. Upon graduation, she returned as a staff PT. Within just a few years, she had become a clinical coordinator for the hospital’s physical therapy department. She went on to lead Outpatient Services before becoming COO of the Rehabilitation Hospital. Along the way she returned to school for her MBA (with scholarship funding from CarePartners), and in 2002 was named COO for the overall CarePartners organization.
“I can’t imagine working anywhere else,” Tracy says as she marks her 20th anniversary with the organization. “At each step in my career, when I was ready for the next challenge, there was an opportunity waiting for me within CarePartners.”
Meet award-winning members of the CarePartners staff.
